How much time do I need to commit each week?

Why is the program 12 weeks?
ADHD brains need time to build new neural pathways and habits. Research shows it takes 66 days on average to form a habit, but for ADHD brains with executive function challenges, it often takes longer. 12 weeks gives us time to: build your systems (Weeks 1-5), customize to your specific challenges (Weeks 6-8), address ADHD-specific mindset blocks (Weeks 9-10), and lock in automation so it sticks (Weeks 11-12).
